I know this would be regional, but what about seasonal. Now such as frost/snow/cold.

Snow is easy, point and shoot it, LOL. But frost you have to get a little more creative.

I'm still a newbie and I figured I'd throw in my suggestions as well:
1. Generations (people or things)
2. Historical/Military Monuments and/or Landmarks
3. Food Shots
4. Life's Lessons
5. Interpret your favorite song or Admin picks the song, puts a streaming link so everyone can listen to it and then take the interpretations.

I have this thing for history. Not sure what it is. Kids and life do that to you. It's hard to explain other than, a picture is a frozen moment of history, captured in the present, immediately becoming the past, and the perspective and angles in which it is viewed or created tell only part of the story. How many stories are there? Wow, I sound like a philosophical nut. I'm really not. Need more coffee now. Out.

Buildings

Children
Wind (or capturing motion)
Food (I loved this suggestion from a previous post)
Cold (we did warmth already I see)
Sunrises or Sunsets
Fashion

I like this idea. Lot's of room for individual interpretation based on a song title. You don't even have to think of a song, just get inspired by the first one that pops up.

I just got a new Ipod for Christmas and was trying to find inspiration for shooting some new pics, unfortunately, I am not skilled enough yet to really do the idea justice...
