Best Starter Camera for a 10 year old

My sister has asked me to look into and recommend a camera for my niece who is 10 and wants to do photography (she is a very determined little thing and if she wants to do something, she does it)

She has a budget of £150 and wants something that will grow with her

Now I know any kind of DSLR is not really an option at the moment, to much to soon and not quite robust enough for a 10 year old, so I am looking for other options. I guess something with a good zoom, a full auto mode for starters, then some level of manual modes and controls for when she moves on

Looking around the web, the best I can see would be something like a Fujifilm FinePix S5700

I know there will be a limited choice with the budget my sister has for this, but are there any others you can recommend?

Panasonic Lumix TZ series... I loved my TZ-3, great photo quality, and VERY solid build...
