Red face please help me

Hi,
I am Dipayan from West Bengal, India. I want to buy a digital camera which will give me excellent picture in dark, fog, low light, extreme sun light, moisture and in no light. I also want full HD video recording with high quality stereo. I have two choices between Canon Power Shot SX40 and Nikon Coolpix P500. External flash is not an option for me as it is not provided with the package of Canon SX40. I am also interested in Sony DSC-HX100V. Please send me your precious opinion and give me the full detail of these three cameras and please explain to me which is the best and why. I am eagerly waiting for your helping hands.

I have already visited your DPS forum but failed to get my perfect answer. So please turn your attention to me. I need your heart-core help.

Barking up the wrong tree my friend. A small-sensor camera will not do well in the dark.
