I have a nice Canon digital camera with all the "bells and whistles", but there are times when I just don't feel like dealing with it and would like to buy a compact digital camera for those times when quality isn't all that important. I don't want to spend more than $100, but could stretch to $150 without causing a divorce. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know there are several threads on this subject, but I was hoping to get the most up-to-date recommendations. Thanks in advance.

If you can't afford an ELPH 100,
take a look at the Panasonic FH25. It has a large x8 zoom,as well as image stabilization - a pretty rare combination at the $150 price point. -eyalg
