That might be memory card failure - not quite sure - do you have more than one memory card?

If the thumbnail you say looks ok, it's more likely that the thing you're using to transfer the data is corrupting the data. This happened to me once when the card reader i had failed Can you put the card in a different card reader or plug the camera in via USB? Certainly looks like a hardware failure, doing this will eliminate the reader as the culprit. Then you're left with the card, buy a cheap 2gb one to test, and after that, unfortunately, you're left with the camera as the culprit. (Can you plug the card into someone else's computer, just to check?)

memory card or, less likely, the sensor. That looks like typical memory card corruption though.

Actually I transfer my images connecting USB directly to my camera, as I don't have card reader.
But this doesn't happens regulary.
Thanks for your kind help as per your advice I need to buy test card.

@ ravncat & OsmosisStudios
I Hope so that might be memory card failure not the camera. I have only one memory card. But as per SwissJon's advice I'll buy one test memory card.

Thanks for your help & looking forward.

Yeah. I'd say it's the card. If it were the sensor, it would show up on the back of the camera. Or I would think...
