I have a S1000fd.
If you change the settings it gets instant brain fever and you have to take out the batteries and give it time to calm down. It appeared to be new from Fuji but has a label underneath saying, "Refurbished" It was given me by a friend from Australia so I have no guarantee papers. Has anybody any suggestions. I rather like it and hesitate before commiting it to the assylum. Alun |

Perhaps you should take the Fuji to a dealer or place that can check it out. May be some thing small. I had the S8100fd for some 4 years and it worked well very well.

Sounds to me that there is something very wrong with your camera.
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do without a receipt as far as Fuji are concerned. If you take it to a camera repairer it is likely to cost you more than the camera is worth. I would suggest that you sell it on Ebay as Spares or Repair. |
