The D7000 also has wireless commander mode for the CLS built in.
I definitely prefer the Nikon Controls...but that's a personal thing.

LoL.. Yet another reason for buying the Nikon.. I don't want to be changing the aperture every time I get the sniffles!

Right.. I've finished work now.. Time to dig out the old credit card and give it a good caning. Looking forwards to having my new beast in my hands!
