The D7000 also has wireless commander mode for the CLS built in.
I definitely prefer the Nikon Controls...but that's a personal thing.

LoL.. Yet another reason for buying the Nikon.. I don't want to be changing the aperture every time I get the sniffles!
 Right.. I've finished work now.. Time to dig out the old credit card and give it a good caning. Looking forwards to having my new beast in my hands! Thank you everyone for your valuable input. As always, you lot on this site has come up with an unbelievable amount of useful information.
