A little help

I currently have a Nikon D 90, I am looking for a good CANON point and shoot camera, that will have a zoom and shoot RAW. I am looking at the S90 or the G-11, any suggestions or comments. I want one that will take great pictures.

Both will take great photographs.

The G11 is a bit more versatile, and slightly easier to use, than the S90.
However it is a fair bit larger and is really not pocketable, unless you have large pockets.
I own a G11.

And if you have large pockets you might as well just buy a bigger, better camera.
