Is there anyone that can help me figure out why these sparkles appear around me in pictures? I am the one in a wheelchair. It was suggested that maybe there was dust on the lens, however it happened in two other cameras. Plus, it happens no matter where I am sitting. There was nothing thrown on me before the pictures. It happens both on my face and the black parts of the picture… but only on me. Any idea why?

Twilight syndrome. You need to be exorcised by a literary professor before you start having badly written romantic fantasies with poorly constructed characters.

If you could show me a fuller size of the image, I might be able to tell you.
Also, is this a scan of a print? That could explain things Also, do you use some sort of chalk on your hands for when you handle your chair? You know, a sort of talc powder or something? Maybe it's used to avoid chafing for your hands since they have those braces? The spreading of this powder might not be noticeable in 'real life' but when someone blast you with a powerful flash, anything white based will reflect a lot of light back. And looking at the photo, the places where there are the dots are logical places where you'd touch yourself or items after having had white powder on your hands...
