Hi
I own a Canon PowerShot SX200IS - have had it for around a year. I'm sure I'm not going mad, but recently it seems to take a lot longer to focus and take the picture; I'm sure previous I could hit the button and it would focus almost instantaneously and take the picture. Now it feels like the focus travels through the full range and sometimes doesn't find the focus even when it should be in range. This delays getting a focus lock which means either no picture or an out-of-focus pic. I've tried fiddling with all the settings - focus control (manual, macro, etc), flash control, AF Frame, AF Servo, etc - I can write the full list of settings if that helpful). Anyone have any ideas what is causing the lag between shutter button and picture taken? Thanks Arjay |
