Suggestions for cheap point-and-shoots

My girlfriend and I both want to get new pointandshoot cameras.

Her old one is bulky, so she is looking for something slim, takes ok video, 5-7 megapixels is enough, and whatever else is possible with a budget of around $100.

I'm looking for something that has good optical zoom, good low-light shooting, doesn't have to be slim, 5-7 mp is enough, for around $100-150. An optical viewfinder would be nice (though I don't see that much anymore).

Any suggestions appreciated!
