Hi! I've been shooting for about 4 months now and I've been generally focused with composition in my shots. I was wondering if you guys could critique or give some suggestion as to areas of improvement on my composition and technique....
![]() By the way, I'm shooting with a 2nd hand 8 year old Sony H1 camera as of the moment... Thanks! ![]() ![]()

Hmm well it does seem you centered the 2 first shots a bit to much i don't know how to explain but if you center it to much it may look to cliché and not as dynamic as it could be but their great shots still.don't know what else to say sorry
'll let the pros decide what else may help you

The third one is excellent -- I love the clarity of the water drops, with the leaf slowly disappearing into darkness around them. The depth of field is also very good, as the water drops blur when coming towards the viewer. It's a very nicely done artistic photo, and one I'd be proud to take!
The other two confuse me, because I'm really not sure what they are or what's going on in the photos.

In the second one, the subject is fairly clear, but in both of the first two, the shots are very busy, and have a lot interfering with what (I think) you were intending to show.
