volleyball photos

Hello all. Does anyone have any tips on photographing indoor volleyball photos, especially in terms of composition? I heard from my coworkers of how difficult it is to get a good shot.

Make sure you have a good zoom lens. Since it's indoor I would be very careful with the white balance unless if you will be shooting in RAW. Probably the best shots are going to be the spikes. Try to sit kind of close to the middle of the net maybe.
