In photoshop I cut out the car and pasted it over a picture of Down-town Lima and by using layer masks, made the car look like it is coming out of the picture and help from this tutorial on flickr.....

Thanks RePete, unfortunately I don't have photo shop I use Aperture 3.

I had a few lessons at tafe on photo shop and just couldn't quite get it.tafe

I've never used Aperture, but you should be able to come up with something close. Keep playing with it.

here are a few examples of a car show I did last summer.
Alaska Car show

I like to capture small details in the cars. look for unique shapes and focus on that, try angles you don't usually see the car from, in this instance i layed on the ground with my camera and took shots from different distances and angles, the one i posted was my favorite.
