Question Please help me illuminate my box?

I think it was Saralonde'...or was it Nichole - that put me on to a link that had a few cheap do-it-yourself remedies?

Well, I got my light box cut out and an old 'T' shirt for a screen but, I can't find the 'tips link' nor do I remember the type of light bulb the guy said to use.
I promise to take notes from now on.
Thank you so much~James

Usually daylight bulbs are recommended for lighting I think. So have a look for those.. I'm terrible at that. I just use 1-2 halogens placed very far away. And here are some of my fav sites for DIY photography stuff

Not really much help as far as the lightbox goes.... But as for taking notes, I have found that using the Clipmarks add-on in Firefox is an indespensable tool for my "How-To's" folder. You can save just the info without the ads, menus, etc., then just print em out.

Default Thanx on the lights and links

''Daylight Bulbs" is a start...but this is funny: I once went into my nearest drugstore and asked the young lady-If they, by any chance, had a 'Mouse Pad?' she looked off a bit and replied: " I don't really know but, I do know we got like "Raid" and "Black Flag" n stuff... So I can imagine asking if they have Day Light Bulbs...but I'm going to ask, just for the hell of it-lol and I'm going to research it first tho

lol try the local Home Depot or Lowes. That will be your best bet since they have the biggest selections of lightbulbs. That is seriously funny though Mr.Intensity

Unhappy Duhh...White Balance Is Allowed-just shoot me.

I'm too dense to be allowed near hot objects...I found a myriad of lighting schemes and yes; some will require that I...if I really have to, put my thumb to work and , heaven help me, adjust the white balance.

lol yep, white balance (and custom white balance) is your friend There are plenty of tricks for that too. Like using the cloudy white plastic rear lens cover that your lens may have (some Nikons do at least) or an old or scuffed up pringles lid, or a coffee filter... lots of easy ways to set white balance
