Krispy Kreme Calendar - Rights Grab Question?

I was looking at this one through FaceBook -
In the submission section it mentions any submission gives the copyright to Krispy Kreme - whether it's used or not.

Does this mean I can't even use my picture on a blog post or facebook, i.e. "Check out my submission to KK!", they could say "You have to take that down!"

Sounds a little excessive.

I wouldnt win if I entered, but it disturbs me that just by submitting, they could not only use my photo for the calendar, but wall art in the stores, company brochures, etc. etc. forever.

I know this response is late but....yes, rights grab pure and simple. I am surprised it stopped short of claiming rights to your shutter button finger.
