For me it's definitely shot A. The train in B distracts from the nice cityscape you got and makes the shot too busy. The light trails are a nice touch, the train trail is too much (imho!)
That wasn't supposed to rhyme. Also maybe clone out the cloud on the left? |

I think the preference depends on whether you're trying to draw attention to the cityscape or to the action. I liked Shot B better because of the action it showed. But if you're looking to really draw the eye to the city, then Shot A is better.

I like the B. I felt like the A was missing something. The train in B does away with the rather dark, empty space in the middle of the photo and transforms it into a bright, active part of the photo. Both are lovely, though.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.
So it seems like it is neck and neck. The truth is that I like both, but I might be more partial to Image A, but then five minutes later I like image B. I really can't decide. It is a terrible problem (tongue in cheek), but one that I am happy to have. Yeah, I saw that too. My first rough attempts didn't quite work. When I get some time I will try again. KG |

IMO, I like B better... I like the extra light that the train gives the shot.
Also, this might be trivial - but I like the cloud formations better in B as well - in the first shot I found the clouds a bit too close to the building. |
