Post Louvre - which is a better one

Hi,

I took these photos at the Louvre, Paris and played around in MS Picture Manager to come up with something which I thought looked coo. I am a new entrant in photography and took this with my D40.

I am looking forward to critical feedback from this expert forum

Thanks in Advance,
Abhijit

I prefer the second one. However, the horizon is not level in either photo, this is distracting to my eye and is a quick fix in Gimp or Picasa.
Very nice sunset in Paris!

I, too, prefer the second. However, I feel the pink a bit too bright and would like to see the horizon straightened. Nice photo, though

Hi abhijitnavale,

Interesting image. I'm going to say that I like the pink on the sky and the water, but I don't like it on the concrete(?). I guess I would like to see a combination of the two -- maybe. I think it would be hard to pull that off though, so I guess I like the more natural looking one.
