Default Background exposure

Which bacground exposure is better?





i manipulate the photo... the background is from another photo...
i think that looks a little strange...i'm right? or looks naturalle?

Dont know if its just me but there both look exactly the same to me...My just be my eyes.

I agree, i like the first one, the higher contrast between the subject and the background, creates more definition. Which i think allows you to focus more on the subject.

First one for me as wqell. I agree that the higher contrast really sets off the main subject whereas the second shot looks a little lifeless (too neutral greyish)

Default good manipulation

The only thing that might give it away as a cut and paste is the cutout of the hair. Hair is not usually so even, try and leave some flyaways for a more natural look. Some people might not notice that, but I do a lot of cutting and pasting

I don't believe that anyone would be able to tell the difference between the two photos unless you saw them side by side.
