two very different images there!

I like both, but the B+W appeals more - im thinking is because of the bokeh - maybe try getting the bokeh with the color, and a little less intense yellow.

Both are good though - depends what you want to portray in terms of mood

depends for what context is the photo. i like booth. maby in the color version desaturate a little a background ou something like this... to give more attencion to the real subject.
