Default Two Perspectives

As will happen in the summer, I came across a classic car. Forgive me, I have no idea what kind it is, but they styles of the time make for really compelling curves and color gradients do I thought I needed to capture them a bit.

I took them quickly because it wasn't my car, and I didn't want to weird the owner out if they happened to be nearby watching me. I would've liked to get the bottom corner of the bumper in the second photo as well.

I took a number of shots, but I settled on these two. In the first, the perspective of the car as it goes further in depth, creates a line across the horizontal.

In the second, the perspective forms a line in the vertical.
Classic

My question is, which do you find works better compositionally?

Is there anything you could suggest to improve on the photos?

Thanks again,

Bryan

You did an awesome job, but I favor the first one, just looks more appealing.

I like the composition and angle of the first. The second makes me feel like the car is falling sideways or something.

I like the first one also. The angle is too much for me in the second.

I really don't care for either angle, but the first is best of the 2. If it had a clean background, i would be ok with the tilt. With trees , building, etc. in the background, it makes you want to tip your head because your brain tells you the building/tree should be virtical.

Thanks for all of the input everyone. I guess the second was a bit much huh?

As always, great to get some good feedback.

In the first one there's a straight "line" from the top right corner of the light and to the right. That's what makes this picture much more appealing than the second one, in which I cannot find such a line.
I also concur with PrimeTime, the angle would've worked a million times better if it hadn't been trees etc. in the background.
All in all, I like it.
