Default will this be good enough?

so I did my first wedding...and well...let me know if you think the after will be good enough...

Before:
Before

the moment of the father having a true emotion was the point of the photo...however, I didn't notice what was to the left of his head until after I got home and was doing some editing...
so, do you think the after will be good enough to still give the bride? or was the moment lost?

All I did was clone part of her dress to cover up the girls...

After:
After

thanks for any feedback!!

I think that in order to focus on the father, it would have been better if you had zoomed in more and panned to the left a bit. That way the little girl on his lap wouldn't have been cut off either.

The bright flowers poking into the head of the woman on the right are distracting. I think the overall composition, including the cars in the bright light in the background, is much more distracting than the perfectly fine pair of knockers in the background.

I'm not exactly sure what the point is. I'm fairly prudish when it comes to cleavage, but I find that bit of editing unnecessary. Not like everyone didn't see anyway.

I think you run more of a risk of offense by becoming the "modesty police" if you weren't asked specifically to cover her up a bit more.

That said, the retouching isn't too bad back there, but as for whether or not the photo in general is "good enough" I'd have to say no.

I know you decided against it, but initially I actually thought it was a funeral with all the black and crying. Thought you might get a chuckle out of that.

I meant to comment on this before you decided to not use the image, but I agree with sybren, the cars in the background were more of a distraction than the cleavage of the young lady. But you have already chosen to move on so it is a moot point but wanted to share it anyways.

lol, i can see how you would think that... they were just a very emotional family, first daughter to get married...etc...
and the dad is one of the hard core tough man types, so it was crazy to see his soft side...
