Default Sepia or colour

I had a friend over for a playdate,I would like to print one of these as a gift.Should it be sepia or colour ?What do you think of the shade of sepia? Is it dark enough?I'm thinking of triming aswell or a fine white boarder? Not sure! She would not smile.

Cute kid! I like the Sepia. To me it seems to match the expression on her face.

TJ,

I wouldn't worry at all about her not smiling. This is such a sweet picture, how she leans on the teddy!!!

Personally, I find the color one popping out a bit more then the sepia. I love her eye!
Maybe if you played some more with a level adjustment layer on the sepia one ... At this point, if I were you I would probably keep the color one and try these:
- I would force things a bit by changing just the color of her dress which seems not to match the picture. I don't know maybe on a separate layer with just the dress selected apply a dual color layer (using some sort of brown, beige color - I guess a sepia look, in a sense)
- I would clone out the sign (mosquito bite?) on her arm
- I would also try a very discrete vignette (just enough to bring the attention to the girl but not strong enough to cover the bear's nose

Either way, I think you did a great job capturing this cute moment!
