Default Which looks best

Which one do you think looks best. The first one is unchanged and is in natural light. I think the next one gives it a kinda vintage look.

If you're going to go for a vintage look, I think you need to go further and lose even more distinction between the colours and make it monochrome. Alternatively you could present very desaturated but more natural colours or even try and create a hand tinted look. However, with the appearance of a greeny-yellow wash, the poor baby looks rather unhealthy.

I agree with Wulf about the baby's skin coloring. I prefer the first one over the processed one.

First one. If you want vintage, try making it grayscale, then adding sepia layer above and make it transparent to 30%, to mix with black and white.
