Default Roots and Branches - Colour or Black + White (I Just Can't Decide!)

I have this shot of some trees, roots and branches, but I just can't decide what looks best. I like the more bleak feeling of the black and white edit yet I also like the more vibrant colours of the coloured edit. To me they both reflect elements of nature.

So from an aesthetic point which do you, oh wise people of DPS, like best?

I think the color version adds more depth to the photo.

Hmm, I think you may be right.

I also just asked my photographer girlfriend and she was of the same opinion. The greens in the middle
are nice too. Hmm...

Even though I think the B&W one looks nice and moody, I think the color one is the best. I think the color actually adds more moodiness by drawing you in more. Nice photo!
