Question Pensive kitty

Would like some opinions - color or black&white?

I prefer the colour one, there is more interest and I like the way the background brings out the tabby in your cat.

I'd try desaturating the background and leaving the kitty in color.

Color, definitely color. I like the warmth that the wood brings to the background, and how your meow's ears tie that in so nicely.... plus... meow's got purrrrrrdy eyes

voted prefer the colour one, but i think the black & white one would look good with selective coloring, ie:-eyes in colour rest in black & white.

Nice shot though however you look at it.

I like them both. She's such a pretty kitty and she looks really good against that background. On the other hand, the sepia makes me think of glamor kitty .

I prefer the coloured one, as you can see the cat's amazing eyes better

Part of the magic of a calico cat is seeing the striking tortoiseshell colouring against the white and your girl also has particularly striking eyes... so I am going to vote for colour.

(I wish my calico girl would look at the camera sometimes!)
