This is really more suited to the Comparison-Critique section. I will say that it was good to level the horizon, but I think some of the drama in the sky was cropped out.

A significant increase in contrast (I'd use a Curves layer rather than playing with "Contrast") will improve your photo, I think.
I'd also look at cropping even further down and also in from the left to give more prominence to the foreground fishermen. That might not work well, but I think it might be worth a look.
