Default Windmills

I'm kind of stuck. Here are two captures of a windmill and I'm not sure if the B&W conversion is compelling enough or and can the color one stand on it's own?

I did not include the EXIF as I'm only asking about composition and strength of photo. Thanks in advance for your comments.

For me the B&W looks better, although I feel a bit more contrast would help to give it a bit more pop.

The composition is very centred.

Thanks Richard. I'll play with it some more and repost.

This any better? I added some more contrast and move the "lights" slider a bit more to the left. I also set the widmill a bit more to the left of the frame.

I like the comp better on your last posting..

This is what I was thinking about the B&W version.

Just a quick & dirty edit - From your colour pic and NIK Silver Efex (full contrast) and clouds softened with Topaz DeNoise.

At the end of the day it is an artistic decision.

Not my pic.
