Default Antiques- which one?!

I took this picture of these antique dolls in my grandma's china cabinet a few months ago. I kind of like how everything is a little out-of focus except for some of the dolls in the very back.
I wanted to do some editing to it, because I really didn't like the color version. So I tried sepia, and I thought it made it look 'old', which seemed to really suit this picture. I added some vignette, too, which I thought really helped.

But it still seemed a little boring to me, so I tried selective coloring on it. Now don't freak out, I know that some of you are against selective coloring! But I think that when it's done nicely, it works.
I think that the selective coloring looks good in this picture, but I really don't know which photo is the better- the sepia or the selective colored one.

The selective color-

The EXIF is the same for both pictures, obviously.

I think I know which one I prefer- but I really want some other people's opinions on this. Thanks so much, I always appreciate everyone's help!

Out of the two, I'd say the first. Although maybe desaturate a little

Thanks for the reply! I tried de-saturating it a little, and it just made it look more black and white than sepia. So are you suggesting that I put it in black and white...? I tired that and didn't like it as well as the sepia.

I definately pefer the first edit. I don't believe that the selective coloring does this photo any justice. was there any importance to the one figurine you colored?

Thanks so much for your input on this. I appreciate it.
Well, that figurine seemed to be the one that was really in focus best. So I thought I would try to make it 'pop' out some more. And the sepia one seemed a little too ordinary. Guess I didn't do a good job with the selective coloring, huh? Well, in some pictures it doesn't look good, and in others, it does. This must be one of the pictures where selective coloring just doesn't 'work'.
I might work on this pictures some more. Thanks so much, guys, for your help!
