I was trying to capture a seemingly endless path to fit the "The Road" walking song from Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. I can't decide which of the three edits I like more, although the difference between the two colored is slight. I'm thinking maybe I didn't get what I was going for and it's something that will have to be shot in fall when there is not so much life around (as strange as a comment that may seem). That being said which of the three do you prefer? And my apologies to the admin for posting three! Thanks ahead guys!
~Ali "The Road Goes Ever On and On." The Road goes ever on and on Down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the Road has gone, And I must follow, if I can, Pursuing it with eager feet, Until it joins some larger way Where many paths and errands meet. And whither then? I cannot say. ![]() ![]() ![]() Camera Canon EOS REBEL T2i Exposure 0.008 sec (1/125) Aperture f/11.0 Focal Length 29 mm ISO Speed 100 Exposure Bias +1/3 EV

I agree with IABoomer about perspective.
In response to your question, I prefer the first colour image. The trees retain more detail in the shadows. The BW is to bland IMO. Unless you try more post to punch it up... I still am trying to figure out how myself... Good luck.
