I'm having a lot of fun sorting through hundreds of photos I've taken during the last few years travel now that I have the ability to crop correctly and more or less critique my own photos (thanks to this forum and the people who contribute such great advice) It's amazing how I can see some of them in a whole different light and also quite satisfying to see in some shots that there was a little hidden talent in there somewhere
Also I'm impressed with the quality of alot of the shots considering they were all taken with my Sony Cybershot Point & Shoot.I can't decide which of these two shots I like better, they both appeal. Any comments? Any critique would also be appreciated. Thanks. ![]() ![]() Exif data for both shots(the camera would have been on Auto) Camera Sony DSC-N2 Exposure 0.002 sec (1/640) Aperture f/4.5 Focal Length 9 mm ISO Speed 160

#1, as #2 is way over processed for my taste.

Thanks Richard, maybe I should have said that the 2nd shot, even though over processed, has a whimsical feel to it, for me anyway.

I'd have to go with the first. Its a great shot.
I think the second loses some of the quality and detail and makes the image feel a bit flat.
