Default B&W vs colour buildings

I quite liked this shot of New York buildings, but I couldn't decide if it looks better in colour or black and white. What do you think? Or is there something else I should consider to make it better?

Black and white is maybe a bit more dramatic

But colour brings out the detail in the different browns in the buildings

I also prefer the color version of this photo. The subtle variations in the brickwork add a lot of interest to the buildings in my opinion. Usually B&W conversions add grittiness to a subject, but in this shot is seems reversed with more character in the color rendition.

You might consider doing some rotating or perspective correction however. I realize that the buildings have stepped landings, but all of the vertical lines are leaning leftward. A slight rotation to the right should straighten things up.
