Purely after critique on the composition of these shots. Which one grabs you the most and why? look forward to seeing what you all think & thanks in advance.

I'm drawn more to number 2 - possibly because of the scale and being able to see a little more detail.
Number 1 is good as well, but I just find I am drawn up by the reflection of the yellow light of the water up to that pole, which is kind of odd - as opposed to the eyes drawing up to the building. I think number 3 just looks like a building lit up and I tend to miss the water beneath (it could be a wet road etc it doesn't give the illusion of the expanse of water). HTH
