i personally prefer the GREEEEN. the first one was a bit washed out for my taste.

I like the 2nd one better also because most of the glare is gone from the leaves. The green doesn't look quite as realistic, though. I wonder if you could have avoided the glare on the first shot with a polarizer.

Thank you Krusty79.. I am not sure why they look so different, they were taken maybe minutes apart from each other.. Thanks again for stopping by..

A cloud passing over that blocks the harsh light of a direct sun will saturate your colors like that.

I would also go with the second image. Not only Is the green more vivid, but the other colors in the background look warmer and more vibrant, which I think makes the second one a more interesting capture overall.
