Default Delicate or dramatic - color or sepia?

I did another conversion, but this time I am not sure if the b+w or rather sepia is the better one. The delicacy of her skin and eyes vanishes in the b+w. But then: there is something really dramatic and intense in the second one. I also did a closer crop on the second one - which one do you like more?

#1, but with the white balance fixed so she's warmed up and not so blue/grey, and a bit of contrast added.

She's got beautiful eyes!

Still looks a bit cool and I'm seeing a lot of cyan in her hair, but it's better.
