Default Before & After

Hi all. Need your help. Below is a before and after shot that was done very quickly of a friend with no lights other than natural light. The critique I am looking for does the after shot look natural enough. I used the new program Portrait Professional for the first time. The exif data is not important nor is the lighting, composition nor position. I am just looking to find out if I did to much or not enough or am I in the middle and it's good like that. Should I pay more attention to particular areas such as skin tone or eyes or ??Thanks in advance for any help and advice that is given.

Here is the before

Before

Here is the after

After

Here is try # 2 at the after

After #2

Did I improve it ??

Personally, I think it's a little too heavy on the processing in the face. The skin tone is fine but her skin looks too fake, not real at all. Maybe lighten up just a tad?

You could try adding some digital grain to the face to make it look less plastic-like. Maybe lighten up on the blur aswell.

Definitely overdone. The skin looks like plastic and the eyes are way oversharpened. Portrait Professional is easy to overdo things with. Definitely pull back quite a bit, would love to see a more natural look.

Not trying to sound harsh; I just think this could be a lovely shot if touched up but kept natural.
