Navcom, thanks for the advice. I like BW photography, but always feel my BW pictures lack some "strength".

beautiful. i prefer the color image, simply because you can really see how gray the clouds really are.

I'm surprising myself here by saying - go with the color shot! The color of the train and railway sign are too good to omit. And against the sky, the whole thing rocks. What I would do though, is crop the photo to omit as much of the foreground as you can to bring it all in tighter.

Really great shot ... I love it!

I like them both but they seem a bit dark maybe if you lighten them both...but I dolove them great captures!

I am a fan of the b/w version here. Not sure I agree more contrast is needed... seems like there are plenty of good blacks and highlights already and pushing it into too high a contrast will make it look too unnatural. Now, with the HDR, it has a bit of a surreal feeling... which is cool. I like the shot.
