Default My Gibson Moment BW vs Color

Does anyone like or dislike this shot?

Why do you feel like that?

Between the two which do you prefer?

Why?

Finally I wonder how it would look the BW with just the guitar in color ( May read up on how to do that.)

The first photo (self portrait) taken in my new home studio, I had just woke up and after having the backdrop and lights in place for a few days decided to tackle the job today.

Single light at 45/45 for a split light pattern.

I dig it! The black and white I like. It adds to the mood. I would crank up the contrast and try to get more whites in it. I am not to keen on the selective coloring stuff. I have seen very few instances where it works.
Nice LP too btw! It really makes me miss my Explorer though.

+1. This is very cool! I like it a lot! I have always been a sucker for the long haired shirtless rocker dudes, a leftover obsession from being a teenager in the 80's I suppose. Funny that I married a preppy boy though.
