I vote first, though it seems a little blurry, but I like the brightness and the green leaf accents.

I like the second one, it looks like the flower is reaching...kinda draws your eyes and makes you think what its reaching for?...then you remember its a flower...

i think a photo somewhere in between would be best.
on the first, i want to see more leaves and that bud is distracting, also the flower is out of focus.
second photo, again you missed the focus.

i would suggest you learn more about composition
