Default Pink and Fluffy.

From my recent holiday in Ireland.

Interested in people's thoughts, B&W for the drama or the Colour for the recreation of the moment. B&W version is a seperate shot from a few minutes before the colour one.

Both are 3 minute exposure @ sunset with an ND110 (10 stop filter) Processed in Lightroom with an X=Equals preset called "summer rain" for the colour and tweak lots of sliders until I liked it conversion for the B&W

Tough call, I like them both. The colors do tend to grab ones attention though.

I tend to prefer B&W for images like this, but in this case, the pinks/blues of the sky all have a pretty similar value, so they don't create a whole lot of contrast when converted to monochrome. Side-by-side, the color version easily overpowers the B&W, but I think they're both nice when viewed separate.

In the color version, my eye is immediately drawn to those cool clouds. On the B&W version, my eye goes to the clouds and the sand/gravel along the lower left side. So, while both are very good, I would give a slight edge to the color version, given the current composition.

I agree with Japa, they're both nice and have their place so use them both but not together.

Both are amazing, but I like the B&W more
