Default First attempt at Fireworks

So on July 4th I decided to try my hand at firework photography. I followed all the rules on this website and also added in some of my own. The only editing I did was cropping. I also shot in RAW for the first time. Any comments or suggestions to make my photos better?

I like them, however there is alot of noise in the first one, and it looks like there was a little camera shake going on. I like the second one better. It seems clearer and a cleaner shot. Overall, they're both better than any fireworks shots I've done. Good job.

I agree about the noise and shake visible in the first. The second is much better.

The only I learned from trying fireworks this year (other than bringing a full, working tripod - don't ask) is play A LOT with the exposure, fill light (really), and vibrance settings in post production. Those sliders can make a world of difference to fireworks shots.
