Default Outdoor portrait

Hi

i would like to get comments on composition and post production (which one do you prefer: b&w or colorized ).
This was shot with canon 400d and 50mm 1.8 II

I prefer the B&W over the colorized.

I prefer the color. I'm a fan of B&W, but some pics seem to cry out for a little bit of color. Maybe it's the pose and setting that cries out for something a little avant-garde. The black and white is nice too, but I like the subtle glow on her cheeks and necklace.

i might go with the colored version, i think b&w is flat now (maybe needs more contrast?)

I like both photos so it was hard for me to come up with a decision, but in the end I like the color photo more. I love the subtle colors and the composition, I feel, is good.

As for the b&w photo, I agree. Maybe a little bit more contrast would suit it well. At the same time, it has that old photo feeling right now... which I think fits with the model in the picture.

You never know until you try. Either way I think you have a good photo.

Ooh honestly I love both. But I think the black and white one works better for the photo.
