I'm going to say B/W...At first glance, her eyes are the strongest feature in the B/W version which is what you want. When you first look at the B/W your eyes are drawn to hers, not so with the color version. With the color version you end up on her face, but there is "competition".

But to be honest, I don't love either image. You've done better.

Ahhh, I see I was suckered....I didn't read page two first.
