Default Need help with eyes

Hi! I took this picture of my sister a while ago and decided to do some PP work on it. Apart from several adjustments, I tried to make the eye pop a bit more, so I made it a little more green than it usually is. In the second picture I also tried to enlarge the eye, just to see how it looked.

My questions are:

Is the eye too green, too saturated?
Which one looks better, the original eye, or the enlarged one?
Does the photo work, overall? (composition, lighting, etc)

PS: in my opinion the enlarged eye looks very unnatural and kind of creepy, but maybe just because I saw the transformation

EXIF data:

Camera: Canon PowerShot SX10 IS
Exposure: 0.003 sec (1/320)
Aperture: f/5.7
Focal Length: 100 mm (560 equiv)
ISO Speed: 400
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire

no, the eye is not too green (saturated). just right. the original photo is better.
overall i find the color too warm. even the white of the eyes are reddish.
maybe you can use the sponge tool and desaturate the white of the eye and then using the same tool, use saturate to brush the eyeball to saturate it more. then, use the dodge tool and dodge a little bit the inner white to really emphasize the eye.

This is why photography is so great...opinions! I like the second one much better. It is more dramatic and intense and your eye is easily drawn to the iris. The color balance is real warm but mirrors the late afternoon magic hour light so I think you don't need to change it unless you want to. Nice work.

I find myself drawn to the second one as well. I didn't really notice that the eye had been enlarged until you pointed it out... my first instinct said "closer crop"... so I think the eye is okay. For warmth, I think it works though edbayani does have a point about the whites of the eyes being a little red. Overall I say 2nd has more impact.
