I wanted to provide some critique for you but the photos are too large and too many for comparison. I think if you put up just one of the photos at a time and post a smaller version of the two processing techniques, it would be easier on our eyes and you would be more likely to get critique responses.
I'm not a morbid type but I love cemeteries. Individually these shots look pretty nice, but I don't get a peaceful cemetery feel and I think it's because they are b&w and look rather flat. I think I'd like them in color better, but that's hard to know without having that comparison as well. (Probably not very helpful to you).

I like the second one, the cropping or rather the shot, not sure if you cropped it, seems better in the second one, just slightly, also a bit more sharp ...black and white i think contributes to the cemetery feel...sometimes they are not calm..but a bit on the scary side.
