Default Restoring an old bad shap photo for friend

Here is a before and after of an old photo of a friend's father that was in real bad shape. It was wrinkled, tapped together and falling apart. The original photo is about 2.5 by 3.5 about the size of a baseball card - I scanned in at a very high resolution and did the best I can with it.

What else can I do or could do better? Im using photoshop CS4

it is a good pp of an old photo.
maybe touch up some more of the chin and the left arm with a soft dodge and burn tools because the crease across the chin still shows a little and the arm is a little uneven.
but over all you did a remarkable job!.
