Default Speedlite 430EX11
Hi can any one help me , i am trying to change the zoom feature on this flash gun to automatic from manual , i have the canon EOS 450D attached . I have followed the instructions for the flash gun but , this doesnt seem to be working.

How do you know it's not working?When you change the zoom setting on the flash you should hear the flash adjust the zoom. I can't really describe the sound it makes but it's kind of a wheezing clicking sound.

Page 18 of the user manual, looks like you need to have the flash in manual mode to set the zoom. Just set your flash to manual, press the zoom button and use the left and right buttons to change the focal length of the flash to match what your lens is currently set to.
