I'll wait and see what the Canon 102,400 ISO looks like. Nikon's is rough (useable, but rough), and thats at a considerably lower resolution.

Check out the video posted at Gizmodo, HERE. Shot entirely in ambient light at ISO 6400.
I think it's safe to say that high ISO noise is going to be well controlled on this camera. I wonder if the EF-S lenses will be compatible with this, or do they only handle the 1.6x crop? |

And more importantly, and larger sensor. Wonder why Canon decided to go with the APS-H sensor instead of a 35mm sensor.

That's what I expected, but I was hoping since it was still a 'crop' sensor it might be okay.

I don't think you're going to find a whole lot of 1D users worried about EF-S glass.
