Right now i have a Sony NEX-c3 and have found out i can most likely not do weddings or very much of anything with this camera as far as on the side business goes . So im looking for something better i have aprox 1,500 to spend on a camera body and a couple of lens, what would you guys reccomened. Can you sell pcis off a cannon t3i or do wedding with that or will i need somthing alot better? I also looked at the Nikkon d7000 but i have glasses and i really enjoy using a flip out screen the non flip screens seems hard to get low shots and such. Im not sure what i would get i do alot of dif kinda of pics, the porb i have with the sony nex is that indoors i notice a hole lot of noise in the pictures without a flash and the lighting in weddings somtimes is very low and sony only makes like 1 or 2 lens i havint tried them but im guessing there better but you cant do a wedding with just 1 50mm lens there is no e mount sony stuff thats fast for lower light stuff. So what would you guys reccommend for a camera or am i just kidding myself and should stick with the nex i just got this about 2 weeks ago and feel kinda ripped off by the camera shop. Whats your thought
Types of Photos WOuld like to shoot weddings for extra cash I like to do macros/close ups Landscapes sunset/sunrise I think a little bit of everything I would also like a camera with a Flip out lcd |

The Canon T3i is a great starter DSLR. And yes, it will do weddings and you can sell pictures off of it (whatever that may mean.) These days, the camera body is less of an issue (other than noise and burst rate) then the lenses that you are using.
The other thing to consider is that when buying a DSLR you are buying more then just a camera, you are buying into a complete system. That being said, it is best to go to a local store and get a feel for the different brands and cameras. I personally prefer how the Canons feel, but Nikons are fantastic cameras as well, and many prefer them. I know that there are some really good smaller brands out there in the DSLR market, but Nikon and Canon have a longer history and stability in their systems.
