Why on earth are they bundling two telephoto lenses?!

The 55-250 isn't a bad one, but of course the 75-300 is one of the cheapest, and probably worst performing lens Canon makes. They can toss that in along with the total garbage filter and people think they're getting a super deal.

It's actually not a bad deal all things tolled, but for sure it appears substantially more attractive to the uninformed shopper than it is in actuality.
